Doubletree By Hilton Jabal Omar Makkah

It was a great hotel, really neat and tidy. My room was really nice, the breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staffs and receptionists were professional and friendly. The only drawback was its location. As I am a bit old, it seemed a bit far from Masjid al Haram, especially because of the uphill walk (but this shouldn't be a deal breaker for young people!). There was a cart/shuttle service but this was semi-reliable as it was not always available and dropped off at quite a distance from the Grand Mosque. The reason for four stars is just that, there is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

the staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming , I wish to thank Mr.Fawaz and Ms.Amjad for their great hospitality. the room was mazing , clean , quiet and overlooking Haram, the location is brilliant very close to Haram and with the shuttle bus / Golf carts service it was too easy to reach to Haram in few minutes. the breakfast was nice. the F&B staff at the restaurant were very professional . I would indeed stay there again .

We loved everything about this hotel - the distance to the Haram, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the many breakfast options in the mornings, absolutely everything!

The cleanliness, the staff, the property in itself was very good. Had no complaints during the entire stay. The buffet breakfast was great too, could have been better by providing a varying menu throughout the week.
